Terms and conditions

We strive to always make our customers satisfied – but to help with this, it is important that you read our terms of trade and delivery before purchasing from us. These conditions are general standard and fall within the good practice of e-commerce.

We make reservations for any price errors, sold out or discontinued items and delivery failures from suppliers. The information on the website is not binding.

Payment

CUSTOMIETY receives online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. iDEAL, Bancontact.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed upon or shown on your order.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

CUSTOMIETY uses a payment server named Shopify Payment and Paypal.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, VAT & FEE: For England, Norway, USA and Canada there may be customs duties, VAT and other charges on the item, this is NOT included in the price. 

Danish packages are shipped with Post Nord. Foreign packages are shipped with UPS.

You will always receive a track and trace no. so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.

If you make a pre-order but also buy something that is in stock, the order will not be shipped until all items are in stock. 

UNPACKED PACKAGES: 

If you do not pick up your package and return it to us, you will not receive the shipment when we refund the order, as we will pay the return fee to Post Nord or UPS. 

 

2. Return and exchange (danish orders only)

We have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your item in the package shop. If you pass the 14 days of return, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return.

 

You must cover the return costs yourself. We will refund you your delivery cost (if the entire order is returned, otherwise not), it is only the return costs you have to cover yourself. This only applies to Danish orders.

You must report back if you wish to return your item. Please report back to this email: custom@customiety.com. You will receive a reply back to your return report.

Always remember to attach the return slip with the name and order number in the package so that we can see that it is from you.

REPLACEMENT:

If you want to exchange your item/items you must enclose it in your package what you want to exchange it for. However, we cannot guarantee that the desired item is in stock. If we have it in stock you will receive a new tracking no. by e-mail, otherwise your order will be refunded as normal. 

Once we have received your return, you will receive a message by email - it can then take up to 10 business days before you have the amount returned to your account.

WE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGE BACK IF:

  1.  The return deadline of 14 days has passed!
  2.  The product(s) are not properly packed.
  3.  The item(s) have been given perfume, makeup, exposed to smoke smell.
  4.  Hangtags or tags have been removed or damaged. 

  

​3. Return (Not danish orders)

You must contact a carrier of your choice and send your package via. selected. You must cover the return costs yourself.

We have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your item in the package shop. 

You are responsible for your package getting there and we therefore recommend that you send with tracking number. It is very important that you send the package with a tracking number to have insurance to get the money back. We find that packages are lost if they are sent as letters and then you are responsible for this!

You must send the package directly to the address as we do not go and pick up packages in kiosks, post office etc. 

You must report back if you wish to return your item. Please report back to this email: custom@customiety.com. You will receive a reply back to your return report.

4. Pre order

If you make a pre-order, this will appear in the product heading, as well as it will appear in your order confirmation. In the product description, you can see how many days it takes before we can send you the item. If you have ordered several items in the same order, with a pre-order, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-order is in stock. If you make a pre-order that is more than 7 days, we will have to withdraw the money from your account before shipping as we cannot keep the money reserved any longer and the order will be canceled.

 

5. Warranty

A 2-year warranty is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints about a defect product must be communicated to CUSTOMIETY in a reasonable time after you have received your item. 
CUSTOMIETY consider two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint is waived in the absence of improper or uncommon use of the product.

CUSTOMIETY covers the return costs and sends you a return label as soon as you have contacted us.

Complaints will not be received if they are sent by cash on delivery system.

Customer and privacy policy

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer book. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with CUSTOMIETY, we need the following information:

. E-mail address

We make the registration of your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with CUSTOMIETY and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and employees of CUSTOMIETY have access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with CUSTOMIETY, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, you are directed to custom@customiety.com.

Cookies
On https://www.customiety.com/, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.

Log statistics
We use a log statistic on https://www.customiety.com/, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is left etc.

The log statistics are used only for the purpose of optimizing CUSTOMIETY website.
